(Action)Devil May Cry 4:

Point:10 out of 10.

(Racing)Grid World:
The Good-Nice graphic, challenging, lots of modern cars and events, very realistic.
The Bad-Little bit too hard and lack of tracks.
Point:8.5 out of 10.
Challenger: NFS Most Wanted






(First Person Shooter)Call of Duty 4:
The Good-Nice graphic, nice game play, modernize warfare and good multiplayer gameplay.
The Bad-Hmm...cant think any of its bad.
Point:9 out of 10.
Challenger:Crysis, Counter Strike







(Real Time Strategy)Command and Conquer Generals:
The Good-Good storyline and lots of concept technology. Very realistic warfare.
The Bad-Graphic is not good compared to the games released nowadays.
Point:8 out of 10.
Challenger:Red Alert 2 and 3, Starcraft??

Fourth Review: Devil May Cry 4

Ok, the first review is about Real Time Strategy, the second one is Racing and the third one is first person shooter games reviews and guess what, the fourth review is third person ACTION game called "DEVIL MAY CRY 4".





The people who owned a Play Station 2 probably very familiar with this Devil May Cry series because it had very nice gameplay and action combos. For DMC4, it is the first series to come out with PC platform!! Once i played this game, i become addicted to it because the gameplay and action combos were very nice, perhaps the nicest action game i had ever played.

Well, the main characters of this game are Nero(the guy with demon right hand) and Dante(son of Sparda). The game takes place on a distant land in the castle town of Fortuna where a group called "The Order of the Sword" worships the demon slayer Sparda during one such religious gathering which marks the day of their annual festival. Then a stranger(Dante) sprang out of no where to disrupt and assassinates the head of the order. Nero was fighting the Dante and then realize Dante is not a human. He then is sent to find out and assassinate Dante.



During the game, you will learn how to defeat demon using sword, gun and devil arm(Nero). The skills have to be obtain using collected orbs. The combos was so nice to see and the overall graphic was good to play. Nero combos and action was a lot easier to perform compared to Dante's skill. Later part of the game you have the chance to control Dante. Dante got a lot of skills to learn and perform because he got lots of weapons which i cant possibly stated clearly here.



Overall, the graphic of this game is very good and the storyline was good also. For the gameplay, not much to said because this game is the best action game released during the year it released. You will believe how good this game is after you try to play it and perform its action combos which are very hard to master.

Third Review: Call of Duty 5- World at War

Well, i had discuss about real time strategy game and racing game, and now for today's review i will focus on the newest and famous first person shooter game currently, and thats it: Call of Duty 5- World at War.



If you had follow the games reviews website, you will probably see that call of duty 5 scores quite high among the pc platform games. For the score of COD5, i personally think it deserved it. Why?? Let me explain to you why...

First of all, the graphic of COD5 is superbly good and this is essential factor for a first person shooter game. All the surrounding seems so real including the gameplay as well. For example, when you shot the enemy using the high caliber gun, the enemy will not just feel down and look like he had die(like old FPS games)...oppositely the enemy had been shot will be torn into pieces and making this game become the most brutal and violent in the entire COD series ever.

Unlike the previous COD series which called Modern Warfare, the story of World at War goes back to WW2 and you will become a USA soldier and a USSR soldier to battle with the German and Japan army respectively. The difficulty of the game also had been upgraded and the means the enemy had become smarter and harder to defeat unlike the COD2 and COD4 i had played before.

The bad part of this game is the weapons. WW2 weapons were low tech and hard to use and aim to kill the enemies. Beside it can only hold very few ammunition and making this game hard to play unlike the previous series- Modern Warfare which used lots of high tech weapons. Other than that, the outfit of your own squad was very similar to the enemies outfit and making it very hard to recognize which one is your teammates or your enemies.

Overall, this first person shooter game is very very good and worth for the play. If your cpu and graphic card is pretty decent, trust me you dont wanna miss this game!!! Try to play this game and you will know how good this game is...

Second Review: Need for Speed Undercover

All right, this time i will focus on the newest racing game release recently...Yup, that is, Need For Speed Undercover. Hmm, i bet the person who addicted to Need For Speed series before will probably wanna have a try at this game after saw its preview, probably due to its awesome graphic and its hot 'racing agent'... Well guys one thing 1 have to said is, dont expect too much from this game because it may probably disappoint you as its disappoint me!!!


NFS Undercover brings you into a corrupted city filled with gangs who are seemingly addicted to racing. As an undercover agent assisted by Chase Linh(Maggie Q), you are responsible to crackdown and cleanse the plethora of crimes that have infected the Tri City area. NFS Undercover races consist of highway battles, sprints, circuit races, checkpoint, battle with cops etc... What can i tell you more is this game really similar with its older series, NFS Most Wanted.

The Good Part: Awesome graphic with latest sportcars, storyline perhaps, large area of driving...

The Bad Part: Way too easy to win a race, cops pursuit sucks(U will know if u had played most wanted b4), high system requirement, the city seem to be very lifeless

In conclusion, i am quite disappoint with this game because it cant impress me like the NFS older series. If you are really a racing game fans, you still can try it out and if you are not...up to you...

First review: CnC Red Alert 3

We all probably know that the Red Alert series has been one of the most popular real-time strategy titles which presented by the Electronic Arts (EA). Few weeks ago, they had released Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 on PC platform.



Well, after i first played this RA3, i feel this game pretty amazing not because of its graphic details, but its creative storyline and its innovative gameplay. First of all, let me talk about what's the features i dislike about this game. The first feature i feel bad about RA3 definitely is its graphic. Why?? Because i anticipated RA3 will have the greatest graphic among all the other CnC series but actually it did not. I think its graphic not better that the CnC General series, hmm, maybe on par with it, hmm...just my opinion. What can i say from this is EA probably wanted to have more player on this game because this game had its minimum requirement of Pemtium4, 512MB Ram, decent graphic card and so on due to its low graphic detaility.
Ok, lets talk about the storyline. Remember RA2?? The Soviet main enemy is Allied?? Well for RA3, when the Soviet union almost defeated, few generals of the Soviet Union took a time machine back to the past and they eliminate the existance of Albert Einstein. Why? Without Albert Einstein, no atom boom and great technology for Allied!!! After they go back to the present, they had the mighty Soviet Union standstill but....NOT VERY LONG. IF we know the history well, we can know that if without Einstein=no Nuclear Tech= no Atom Bom on Hiroshima and Nagasaki= Empire of the Rising Sun still exist. The Empire of the Rising Sun refer to Japan and they start the invasion on Soviet Union with all its latest cutting edge technology. Want to know more, complete all the campaigns yourself to find out the complete story!
About the gameplay, well, you can no longer win by only purchasing apocalypse tank(Soviet) or prism tank(Allied) to win the game. In RA3, each unit have its own special ability and you can form a group of two different units or extra to eliminate your enemy. If you can make used of the special abilities of some units well, automatically you can play the game well also. Try it out to explore more about this game and i can guarantee you will like it!

After several discussions between the group members, we decided to create a blog which the title is All About GAMES. On this blog, we will try to talk about the video games that we played before and had a review on it.
